After spending over thirty-five years with SOR®, Joel Bradley has a wealth of knowledge about SOR products, business systems and markets. Joel brings all this experience to his new role of Director of Business Analysis. Joel will be analyzing market data and reporting significant developments in market trends, market share and forecast changes in addition to maintaining knowledge of competitive activities.
Over the past eight years, Joel has led the Customer Service department and was instrumental in creating the world-class service SOR is known for delivering. Joel has an intimate knowledge of almost all SOR operations and has become an essential resource for multiple departments over his tenure. His vast knowledge and experience will be used to further develop strategies in SOR markets.
